Real-time PCR 용 Kit

식품 및 분변가검물을 대상으로 황색포도상구 균의 오염 여부를 검사할 수 있는 Real-time PCR 키트
정확성, 고민감도, 고특이도를 구현한 primer / TaqMan probe 시스템
매우 신속하고 간편한 검사 (2.5 시간)
가양성 및 오염가능성 거의 없음
PCR 후 전기영동 과정 필요 없으며, 기계적 분석으로 명확한 판독 가능
8-strip type Kit 의 경우 튜브에 모든 시약이 미리 분주되어 있는 premixed type으로 보다 편리하게
실험할 수 있음
