PowerChek™ E. coli O157 / STEC (stx1&2, eae) Real-time PCR Kit is a real-time PCR-based solution that simultaneously detects the O157 serotype along with key toxin and virulence genes. It enables not only identification of pathogenic E. coli but also detection of high-risk STEC, supporting accurate source identification and effective food safety management.
